Golden Beach is a very unique town. It is situated in a perfect location minutes from anywhere you would like to go to dine or shop in either Miami Beach or Fort Lauderdale. The city is divided by Ocean Blvd. On the east side of Ocean Blvd. sits multi million dollar oceanfront mansions, some of the finest estates in all of South Florida. On the west side of Ocean Blvd, is a gatehouse that takes you to a small quaint community offering a mix of architectural styles. Many of the homes offered are on the waterways offering direct access to the intracoastal.
Golden Beach is a small very unique town. . The town has its own private beach and its own police force. The city is just completing a major renovation, burying all electrical wires, paving roads, renovating the small parks, and installing all new bridges.
The real estate is interesting and varied. For those buyers looking to customize and take on a project there are lots or 1950′s original homes. There are homes on the market built in the 90′s and there are brand new homes never occupied. Prices vary from under $1 million to over $18 million for direct ocean.
