A year ago only 49 homes sold in Boca Raton over the same time period. In Fort Lauderdale 129 homes sold since May 1 of this year. Comparatively, a year ago only 49 Fort Lauderdale sold for the same time period. The majority of these sales took place within days of actively being listed for sale.
Inventories have been building slightly over the summer months, however any new homes sell the fastest!
